Ingredients
- 800g large raw prawns, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely diced
- 8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Ground black pepper
- Fresh herbs (parsley, oregano and thyme leaves)
Directions
- Preheat the grill to a high heat setting.
- Drizzle the prawns with the olive oil and place them on a large baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the garlic, lemon juice, pepper and herbs.
- Spoon the herb mixture over the prawns and mix together.
- Place the prawns on the preheated grill and cook for around 5 to 7 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve the prawns hot with a little extra olive oil and lemon juice, if desired.
