Ingredients
- 250g lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup grated cheese

In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
