Ingredients
- 200g cooked crab meat
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small avocado
- 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
Directions
- First, make sure to finely chop the cooked crab meat and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- Next, peel and grate the cucumber and carrot. Squeeze out any excess water from the vegetables and add them to the bowl with the crab meat.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth and add it to the mixing bowl.
