Ingredients
- 1 pound pork steaks, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs of your choice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tortillas or wraps
Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the pork strips and cook for about 5 minutes until the pork is browned.
- Add the garlic, herbs, black pepper, white wine vinegar, vegetable stock, and Dijon mustard, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the fresh herbs and butter, stirring to combine all the ingredients.
- Reduce the heat and cook for 10-12 minutes until the pork is cooked through and the sauce has reduced to a thick consistency.
- Heat the tortillas or wraps in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Spoon the pork mixture onto the warmed tortillas and serve.
