- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 25g chopped onion
- 25g chopped red bell pepper
- 10g garlic, minced
- 5g ginger, minced
- 3g rosemary
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 80ml chicken or vegetable broth

Heat up the cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add the pork chops to the pan and cook until golden brown on each sideabout 2-3 minutes.
