Ingredients
- 4 bonelessskinless chicken thighs (358g/12.6oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml/1oz)
- 2 cloves garlicminced (4g/1 teaspoon)
- 2 tablespoons honey (30ml/1oz)
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (30ml/1oz)
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper (3g/0.1oz)
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme (4g/0.2oz)
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (176 C).
- Place the chicken thighs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowlmix together the olive oilgarlichoneylemon juicepepper and thyme.
- Brush the mixture onto the chicken thighs.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven until the internal temperature of the thighs reaches 165 degrees F (74 C). This usually takes about 25 minutes.
- Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the chicken cool for 5 minutes before serving.
