- 3 bunches of fresh baby spinach leaves (5-600g)washed and thoroughly dried
- 1 ¾ cup feta cheese (215g)crumbled

4 eggs (200g)lightly beaten
- 2 cups (200g) freshminced dill
- 1 package (350g) phyllo (filo) dough
- ½ cup (60g) parmesan cheesegrated
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (or 180 degrees Celsius).

In a large bowlmix together the spinachfetaeggs1/4 cup (50g) of the olive oil and the dill until well incorporated.

Spread the remaining olive oil on the cooking pan.

Unwrap the phyllo dough and lay one layer at the base of the pan.

Cover the phyllo dough with half of the spinach-feta mixture.
