Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- Mozzarella cheese, 8 ounces (225 g), cut into slices
- 8-10 fresh basil leaves, plus a few more for additional presentation
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
