- 400g low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 40g cheese, grated (such as mozzarella cheese)
- Pinch of ground nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 350F (about 180˚C).
