- 150ml of all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 90ml of milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, honey, butter, and vanilla extract until it forms a smooth mixture.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until combined.
- Grease a cupcake tin with butter or oil and spoon the mixture into the tins, filling each one up to three-quarters of the way.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the donuts are cooked through and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
