Ingredients
- 70g of mushrooms (finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon of garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 280ml of vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Instructions

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Add the chopped mushrooms and sauté for 2 minutes.
