Ingredients
- 250g Pork
- 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 Teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 Teaspoons olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Wooden skewers
Instructions
-
Start by soaking the wooden skewers in hot water for 10-15 minutes to reduce the chances of them burning while they are on the grill.
-
Cut the pork into cubes and arrange them on the wooden skewers. Make sure they are only one layer thick so they stay secure while they are being grilled.
-
In a bowl mix together the vegetable oil, soy sauce, olive oil, grated ginger, and garlic powder.
-
Spoon the mixture over the pork skewers and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
-
Joke Alert! Heat a gas or charcoal grill over medium-high heat and grease the grate with some oil. Grill the pork skewers for 5 - 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Q: What did the pig say at the BBQ? A: This beats working at the Bacon Factory!
-
Serve and enjoy with some vegetables, rice and a salt and sugar free dip of your choosing!
Enjoy!
