Ingredients
- 600g (2.2 lbs) of jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined1
- ½ cup (120 ml) of olive oil
- 8 cloves of garlic, peeled and finely minced
- ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions

Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the olive oil and let it heat up for a minute.

Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Add the shrimp and smoked paprika and black pepper. Stir everything together and let the shrimp cook for 2 minutes until they start to turn pink.

Turn off the heat and add the lemon zest and juice. Stir the ingredients together and let the shrimp sit in the pan for one more minute.

Transfer the shrimp to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley.
