- 4 shrimp (7-12 cm /3-4 inches long)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened desiccated coconut
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons oil

Measure out 2 tablespoons of flour and pour it into a shallow bowl.

In a separate shallow bowlmeasure 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut.

Heat oil in a large shallow pan over medium heat.
