INGREDIENTS
- 8 large clams, shells removed and hollowed
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) freshly chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon (5 mL) freshly chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons (30 mL) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon (2 mL) Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon (1 mL) freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place clams on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, cilantro, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the clams on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature with your family’s favorite sides, and enjoy!
