Ingredients
- 500g Cauliflower Heads
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 200ml Almond Milk
- 2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
- `2 tablespoons gluten-free breadcrumbs
Directions

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
