Ingredients
- 160 grams of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons of cornflour
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Pinch of red chilli powder
- 60 milliliters of water
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of thinly sliced garlic
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped green chilli
- 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh coriander
Directions

Begin by preparing the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and rinse it under cool running water.

Now, mix the cornflour, all-purpose flour, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and water in a bowl until you form a smooth paste.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the cumin seeds and fry until they begin to turn golden brown.

Add the scallions, garlic and green chilli and fry for a few minutes.

Add the cauliflower florets to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Now, add the paste to the pan and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove the lid and stir-fry for a few minutes until the mixture is heated through and the cauliflower is cooked.

To finish, add the tomato ketchup, mix it in well and cook for a few seconds.

Finally, garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with jeera rice.
