Ingredients
- 75g shirataki noodles
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 125g pork, thinly sliced
- 50g carrots, diced
- 40g onion, diced
- 120ml dashi
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of mirin
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of potato starch
Directions

Begin by rinsing the shirataki noodles thoroughly in cold water. Then, lightly boil the noodles for a few minutes. Drain, rinse again in cold water, and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.

When the oil is hot, add your pork slices to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on both sides.

Add your carrots and onions to the skillet and cook until softened, about 4 minutes.

Add the dashi, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar and bring to a boil.

Mix the potato starch with a few tablespoons of water to form a slurry and add to the skillet. Stir constantly until it has thickened and then remove from heat.

Add in the prepared shirataki noodles and stir to combine.

Serve the An Shakubyaki warm and enjoy!
