Ingredients
- 300g thinly sliced pork loin
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
Directions
- Prepare the pork by cutting it into thin slices and setting aside.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Once the oil is hot, add the chopped garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add the pork and stir constantly until the pork is cooked through (this should take about 5 minutes).
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, ginger root, black pepper, ketchup, and red chilli flakes.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the flavours combine for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the ingredients from sticking to the pan.
- Serve with your favourite sides!
