Ingredients
- 250g of Mugi Wi (mugi wheat), thin noodles
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of mirin
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons of white sesame seed oil
- Optional: 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil

- Add the Mugi Wi and let cook for 10 minutes, or as instructed on the packaging
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, ginger, mirin, and soy sauce

- Once noodles are cooked, rinse under cold water and drain
- Place in a large bowl and drizzle with the sesame seed oil
- Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and mix well
