Ingredients
- 4 small potatoes
- 5 tablespoons of marzipan
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Salt (to taste)
Directions

Start by preheating the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Next, wash and peel the potatoes and cut into cubes.

Place the potato cubes in a large oven-proof dish.

In a small saucepan, heat the butter until melted.

Add the marzipan to the melted butter and stir until combined.

Add the flour, milk and vegetable oil and continue stirring until all the ingredients are fully combined.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown.

Once the Marzipankartoffeln are done, take the dish out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
