Wild Mushroom Risotto

Ingredients
- 200g Arborio Rice
- 2 Olive Oil Tablespoons
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 200g Wild Mushrooms
- 800ml Vegetable Broth
- A few Sage Leaves
Preparation
- Rinse the Arborio rice in a sieve and drain it.
- Chop the garlic cloves and set aside.
- Clean the wild mushrooms with a brushunder running cold water and then cut them into small pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Fry this for a minute or two until the garlic begins to turn golden.
- Add the mushrooms and let them fry for a couple of minutesstirring them occasionally.
- Add the Arborio Rice and stir it in.
- Pour in the vegetable brothbit by bitstirring often.
- When the broth is absorbed and the rice is cookedadd the sage leavesstir them in and cover the pan. Take the pan off the heat and let it stand for a few minutes before serving.
