Ingredients
- 200g white fish fillet (e.g. cod) such as (tuna, salmon, mackerel)
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- Pat of unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup of cold water
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
