Ingredients:
- 120g of lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup of diced carrots (7.5 g)
- 1/2 cup of diced celery (7.5 g)
- 1/2 cup of diced red onions (7.5 g)
- 1/4 cup of tomato paste (60 ml)
- 1/4 cup of ketchup (60 ml)
- 1/4 cup of vegetable broth (60 ml)
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar (60ml)
- 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce (10ml)
- 1 tsp of dijon mustard (5ml)
- 1 tsp of garlic powder (5g)
- 1 tsp of paprika (5g)
Instructions

- Preheat the oven to 350° F (177° C)
- In a large bowlmix together the diced carrotsceleryand red onions.
- In a separate bowlmix together the tomato pasteketchupvegetable brothapple cider vinegarWorcestershire saucedijon mustardgarlic powderand paprika.
- In a large saucepanbrown the beef over medium-high heat. Then drain the beef if there is any fat or liquid.
- Add the vegetables from the large bowl to the beef and saute for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables become tender.
- Add the mixture from the smaller bowl to the beef and vegetables and bring to a simmer for 5-10 minutes.

- Pour the sloppy joe mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutesor until the mixture bubbles.
