Toddler Friendly Hamburgers
Ingredients
- 500 g lean ground beef
- 2 drops olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsleyfinely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Onion powderto taste
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- 4 wheat or whole-grain buns
Instructions
- Take the ground beef and place into a bowl.
- With clean handsmix in the olive oilparsleygarlic powderonion powder and wheat germ.
- Have fun making hamburger patties! Try to make them about the size of your palm (choking hazard free!).
- Preheat your oven to 200 °C.
- Place patties on an oven tray and cook for 15 minutes on each side.
- Time to assemble! Take 2 buns and place one patty in the middle. Add your favorite healthy toppings and put on the other bun.
- Time to eat!
