Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 cans of Tuna (in water, drained)
- 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 tomato, sliced
Directions

Crack open the cans of tuna and pour the water out.

Place the drained tuna in a bowl and mash it with a fork.

Add the mayonnaise and mix it together with the mashed tuna until it is evenly blended.

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and tomato slices.

Place two slices of bread on the plateand spread an even amount of the tuna mixture on each piece of bread.

Place two lettuce leaves and one tomato slice on each of the pieces of bread.

Place the remaining two slices of bread on top of the tuna and tomato slices.

Cut the sandwiches diagonally, and serve!
