Ingredients
- 500 grams of pumpkin (peeleddeseeded and cut into cubes)
- 500 ml chicken stock
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 15 ml double cream
- 15 ml single cream
Directions

In a large saucepan over medium-high heatcook the pumpkin cubes in chicken stock for 15 minutesor until the cubes are tender.

Once the cubes are tenderadd the nutmegblack pepperdouble creamand single cream and mix together.
