- 300g of uncooked shrimpunder 10cm in size
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of minced garlic
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley

Nextmeasure and mince the garlicyou don’t have to worry about it being too perfect’cause garlic that’s too mincey won’t win-cy!

Thenmix the minced garlicolive oiland the juice of one lemon in a bowl. Don’t forget to stir!

Take a medium panheat up the 2 tablespoons of olive oil on medium-high heat and add the shrimp once the oil begins to lightly sizzle.

Sauté the shrimp for about 5 minutes or until it turns a pale pink color. As the shrimp cooks for a few minutesadd the garliclemonand oil mixture and reduce the heat to low.

Toss the shrimp in the mixture for 4-5 minutes. For an extra kickyou can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the pan. Sprinkle a bit of freshly chopped parsley and serve on a plate while still hot!
