Lamb Chops With Mint and Herb Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 Lamb Chops
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic
- 50 grams of Chopped Fresh Mint
- 50 grams of Chopped Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
- 2 tablespoons of White Wine Vinegar
- Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
- Use a sharp knife to trim any excess fat from the lamb chops, then pat them dry with kitchen paper.
- Place the lamb chops in a shallow baking dish and pour the olive oil over them.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves, then add it to the baking dishstirring to make sure everything is evenly coated.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes.
- While the lamb chops are cooking, prepare the mint and herb sauce. In a small bowl, combine the chopped mint, chopped parsley, white wine vinegar and a generous sprinkle of black pepper. Stir until everything is well combined.
- After 20 minutescheck the lamb chops and turn them if they have not been cooked evenly.
- When the lamb chops have been fully cooked, take them out of the oven and serve with the fresh herb sauce.
