- 500g fresh pasta shells
- 500g ripe tomatoessliced
- 100g soft goat’s cheesecrumbled
- 2 cloves of garlicminced
- 2tbsp olive oil
- A pinch of black pepper
- A handful of fresh basil leaves

Preheat the oven to 180°C for conventional ovens or 160°C for fan-forced.

Place the sliced tomatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and roast for 25 minutes in the preheated oven until the tomatoes start to blister.

In the meantimebring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pasta. Cook in accordance with the package instructions.

Once the tomatoes are roastedheat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
