Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200ml milk
- 50g grated cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 60g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- Ground black pepper, pinch
- Dairy free spread, 15g
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Grease a baking dish with the dairy free spread.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and ground black pepper.
- Add the egg mixture and whisk together until combined.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and cook the chopped onion until softened.
- Add the cooked onion, grated cheese and mix together until all ingredients are combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve hot or cold and ENJOY!
