Ingredients
- 250g store-bought ravioli
- 3 tablespoons pre-made pesto
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 30g Parmigiano Reggiano
- Handful of fresh basil (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the ravioli. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes and drain well.
- Place the cooked ravioli onto a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the pesto and olive oil together.
- Spread the pesto and olive oil mixture onto the ravioli.
- Top with Parmigiano Reggiano and a handful of basil (optional).
- Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
