Ingredients
- 90 g fresh ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 350 g store-bought fresh or frozen ravioli
- 1 litre of water
