Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 30 ml of low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons of grated medium-fat cheese
- Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowladd the eggs and the milkthen whisk them together until they are combined.
- Add the grated cheese and mix it in with a whisk or a spoon.
- Heat the butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spray the pan with the non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until the edges start to set.
- Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutesor until the omelette is fully cooked and golden brown.
