Ingredients
- 60 grams tomato purée
- 90 grams pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons low sodium Mozzarella cheese (or vegan alternative)
- 1 tablespoon basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
Directions

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius (375 Fahrenheit) and lightly grease a baking tray.

Cut the pizza dough into quartersshape it each into a small circle and arrange onto the baking tray.

Spread a generous layer of tomato purée on each pizza baseleaving a 1/2 cm border of dough at the edge so that the topping doesn’t spill over the edge when baking.

Sprinkle the cheese over the tomato sauce and scatter the basil leaves in a circle on top of the cheese.

Season with black pepper and drizzle with the olive oil.

Bake for 10-12 minutesor until the pizza bases are golden and the cheese is bubbly!
