Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 teaspoons of coconut oil or butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Prep
- Gather your ingredients
- Peel the bananas then cut them in half length-wise “length-wise? That’s bananas!”
- Put the coconut oil or butter in a pan on a medium heat
Cooking
- When the coconut oil is meltedadd the cut bananas to the pan
- Sprinkle cinnamon onto the banana pieces
- Fry them for about three minutes on each side
- Once they are doneput the banana pieces on kitchen paper to absorb any extra oil
Serving
- Serve the fried bananas on a plate
