Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 0.25 teaspoon of fresh thyme
- 2 garlic clovesminced
- 0.25 teaspoon of rosemary
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
- Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels.
- Pierce the potatoes with a fork before rub each one with the olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowlmix together the minced garlicfresh thymeand rosemary.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes.
- Bake for 25 minutesor until an inserted knife into the potato comes out smoothly.
