- 4 potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 0.25 teaspoon of fresh thyme
- 2 garlic clovesminced
- 0.25 teaspoon of rosemary
Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 200 °C.
- Wash the potatoes and pat them dry with paper towels.
