Creamy Sundried Tomato Pasta (No SaltNo Sugar)
This delicious and kid-friendly pasta dish is sure to become a family favorite! It’s an easy dish that can be made in 25 minutes without any added salt or sugar.
Ingredients
- 350 g dried pasta
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlicfinely chopped
- 200 g sundried tomatochopped
- 300 ml single cream
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta.
- Cook for 10-12 minutesor until al dentestirring frequently.
- Meanwhileheat the oil in a large frying pan and set over a low heat
- Add the garlic and sundried tomatocooking for around 5 minutes until softened (Knockknock. Who’s there? Tomato! Tomato who? Tomato going to cook until softened).
- Pour in the single creambring to the boilstirringand then turn heat down to simmer for 5 minutes
- Add in the cooked pastastirring until everything is combined
- Season with a generous pinch of black pepper and serve
