Ingredients
- 2/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of rice syrup
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread out the desiccated coconut on a baking tray.
- Bake for 5 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a mixing bowl.
