Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup of minced white onion
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon of fresh chopped thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Place the butter in a large oven-proof skillet.
- Place the skillet on the stove top over medium heat and allow the butter to melt, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes.
- Once the butter has melted, add the chicken thighs and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add the garlic and onion and cook, stirring frequently, until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the white wine and stir to combine. Add the parsley, thyme, and pepper.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake, uncovered, until the chicken is cooked through, about 25-30 minutes.
