Ingredients
- 2 ears of corn
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Peel back the husks of the corn and remove any silky strands.
- Tie the husks back together over the corn until it looks like a little bundlelike a mummy.
- Place the corn bundles on to a baking sheet and cooked in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
- Meanwhilein a small bowlmix together the olive oilchili powder and black pepper until evenly blended.
- After 8 minutesremove the corn from the oven and brush the chili-oil mixture all over the corn.
- Return the corn to the oven and cook for an additional 2 minutes or until the corn is charred.
- Serve and enjoy! What happens when you drop corn? A-Maize-ing!
Notes
