- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce (20 g)

- 1/4 avocadodiced (50 g)
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurtfat-free (30 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
- Place the cod fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In a small bowlmix together the chili powdergarlic powderand onion powder. Sprinkle the mixture over the cod fillets.
- Bake the cod fillets in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- While the cod is bakinglightly toast the flour tortillas in a large skillet over medium heat.
- To assemble the tacos: Place the cod fillet in the center of each tortilla and top with diced tomatoeslettucecucumberred onion and avocado.
- In a small bowlmix together the Greek yogurt and lime juice. Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the tacos.
- Serve the tacos hot with a side of steamed broccoli and carrots.
