Ingredients
- 1 canned chickpeas (540 ml), drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 small garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C).
- Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with oregano and black pepper.
- Roast the chickpeas for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After the chickpeas are roasted, transfer them to a large bowl.
- Add the garlic, lemon juice and toss to combine.
