Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken thighs
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit (176 Celsius) with a baking sheet in it.

Cut the chicken into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix together the vegetable oil, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Drizzle the mixture over the chicken cubes and toss to combine.

Place the flour in a shallow dish.

In another shallow dish whisk together the eggs.

Take the chicken cubes and coat them with the flour, shaking off any excess.

Dip each piece of chicken into the egg to coat completely.

Place each piece back into the flour and coat them again. (make sure to joke something here like “you don’t want your chicken to be naked” 😉 )

Place the chicken onto the preheated baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
