Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 60g vegetable oil
- 150ml milk
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 80g nuts, coarsely chopped
Directions

Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease a 9x5inches loaf tin.

Put the bananas into a bowl and mash them with a fork until smooth.

In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and beat them with a whisk.

Whisk in the vegetable oil and milk.

Add the mashed bananas to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.

In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
