Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 60g vegetable oil
- 150ml milk
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 80g nuts, coarsely chopped

Preheat the oven to 175°C and grease a 9x5inches loaf tin.
