Ingredients
- 500 g pork loin, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of diced tomatoes, 400 g
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
- 4 teaspoons of white wine
- Black pepper to taste
Directions
-
Thinly slice the pork loin to make four even pieces, making sure the slices aren’t too thick as that can lead to tougher bracioline.
-
Mince the garlic cloves and add to a mixing bowl with the olive oil, oregano and white wine.
-
Add the pork slices to the bowl and massage the garlic and oil mixture into the pork until the slices are covered in the mix.
-
Place a flat-bottom pan on medium heat and add the pork slices one at a time. Cook until the underside is brown, and then flip each slice, cooking the other side.
-
Add the can of diced tomatoes to the pan once the pork is lightly browned on both sides. Simmer for about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-
Sprinkle the black pepper to taste.
-
Serve the bracioline with warm sides, such as potatoes, veggies, or even salad. Yummy!
Recommended Sides
- Boiled potatoes
- Roasted vegetables
