- 2 Pork sausages (200 g)
- 2 tablespoons of Curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 cup of Ketchup (110 g)
- 2 teaspoons of oil (10 ml)
- Optional: 1/4 cup of minced onions (30 g)
- Optional: 1/4 cup of finely chopped bell peppers (30 g)
- Optional: 1/4 cup of diced tomatoes (30 g)
Directions
- First, heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.

- Once the sausages are browned, reduce the heat to low and add the curry powder, paprika, ketchup, and optional vegetables.
- Mix everything together and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
