Ingredients
- 4 Felafel patties
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 red onion, finely diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons of harissa paste
- 4 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons of tahini
- 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of sumac (or paprika, for milder flavor)
