Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 avocados, mashed
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cumin
- 1 French baguette, thinly sliced
Directions
- Start off by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes and avocados with the olive oil, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, and cumin. Stir everything together and set aside. (Humor: Step aside and let the kids stir this one, they’ll have a blast!)
- Slice the French baguette into thin slices, and spread them out on a baking sheet.
