Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups oat milk
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2/3 cup honey
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the oat milk, vegetable oil, vinegar, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.
- Grease a cupcake tray, then spoon the batter into the cupcake cups.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Allow the Twinkies to cool before serving with your favorite toppings.
